How it Works

Getting a custom character has never been easier.

Here’s how it works…

  • First up you check out what you get
  • Then you place your order
  • From there, we get you to transfer your ideas to us via a quick and easy online Character Planner
  • Your artists then take your ideas, work them into character concept sketches which are then presented to you for review
  • If you don’t like your sketches, we try again. If you do like a sketch, we fine tune it until you are happy
  • Once you approve your sketch, we then color it for you and submit it to you for final approval
  • Upon receiving your final approval, we deliver your completed character electronically (no, we don’t snail mail at this time, final art is delivered online only).

You’ll see from our gallery that we’ve nailed down the process of creating custom characters. The entire process takes (on average) from 7 to 12 business days from when you place your order.
